To write Esquille's Bio is not something which can be done in a few quick lines. What marks Esquille out from many other DJs and Producers, is that, after thirty years in the music business, he is still delivering the goods, he is still delivering dance hits, and pop hits, with the same energy, and with, I believe, an even greater passion and commitment to his craft, and to his audience, than at any time in his career. His sound is unique; it is contemporary; and it is a sound which is loved on every dance floor around the world.

Esquille began his music career in earnest at an early age, when, his parents having recognised his exceptional gift for music, enrolled him in the prestigious Adolf Fredrik's Music Classes in Stockholm. There, he was classically trained, but soon developed an interest in synth programming. He formed his own synth band during his time at AFMC, and since his musical idols then were 80's funk players, American soul artists, and, the disco kings from Italy, his first compositions were a mix between Italo Disco and Soul. Different..Unique.. Esquille still has a laugh when thinking of those early days and times.

Only fifteen years old, and DJ Esquille was in action on his decks, sharing his enormous love and passion for music, especially dance music, in and around Stockholm.

Let's hear from Esquille direct; "I love EDM, I never thought I would see electronic dance music become the biggest music on the radio, and on the charts! It's pretty awesome. When I first started out, writing and producing for real, dance music was a sub culture. When House Music developed in the 90's I found my self loving it, and producing it, but it was funny, my greatest successes were within Euro disco production. Euro was like todays EDM, for those of you who don't know.", he says.

One of the reasons Esquille credits for his on-going success is that he never limits himself to listening to, and being involved in, just one genre of music. "I love all kinds of music!", he will tell you, with a smile on his face.

Esquille's productions have been in the charts of over 20 countries. From Asia, to Europe, to the US. He is feautured in numerous compilation albums, singles, and even album releases. One of his productions placed on the Japanese Top 30 album chart and stayed there for several weeks.

Esquille relates, "When the digital boom struck the music industry in the late 90's, I had been running my own label and studio for quite some time. I began to learn and study the techniques needed to manipulate sound. I started a digital mastering and recording service which became so popular, that the main focus of the company for a while, was just mastering songs. The word spread, and we did everything from pop to rock; soon all Swedish Hip-Hop tracks were done under our roof, because, the artists loved the way we controlled and presented the bass in the mastering. We boosted it, which was not the case with traditional studios, which practiced the old technique of cutting back on the bass. The time I spent mastering music in the studio gave me valuable insight into exactly what it took to mix a top record, to make it sound the absolute best it possibly could, especially to dance to.".

Continuing, Esquille goes on to say, "The music industry has changed so much during the past 10 years; for better, and for worse, but, being in the digital music age is just awesome. In the middle of 2000 I radically slowed down in my Music, and my DJ career. I had to take a pause to reset my focus. I returned to the industry in 2012 feeling refreshed, re-energised, and more creative than ever. I got a breakthrough in 2013 with my single, "I Take U Higher" charting #4 in the New York club charts. My new songs have already been on different charts and are featured in film, and TV. In 2014 I reached the #1 position on the biggest record pool in the US with the single "My Skin On Your Skin". The fan base and catalogue are growing fast.  I am hoping you will hear a lot from me in the future; new songs, new remixes, new constellations, and, NEW sounds!
