As long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for playing records and entertaining people. My first DJ performance for a large public crowd was back in 1986, during a time when I was deeply immersed in vinyl. By 1990, I had become a Celebrity DJ, relishing life in the spotlight. For instance, TV3 hired me for their Scandinavian network launch, featuring an enormous opening party with 3,000 invited guests. Throughout the 1990s, I worked as a full-time professional DJ, enjoying the thrill of playing and mixing various genres while having the ability to read the crowd and the dance floor. This talent made me quite popular among booking agents, and at one point, I was performing up to seven days a week. The same year I released an uplifting Italo house record called “Such a good good feeling” which boosted my career even more.
I was also a pioneer in Sweden, embracing the digital media revolution. In 1993, I became the first DJ in the country to play and professionally mix using only CDs at my club, Club Zero. DJs and music lovers from across the nation came to witness my sets. There was always curiosity: how could a DJ mix and maintain a captivating show with only CD records? I fully embraced the CD revolution; by the late 1980s, CDs had already overtaken vinyl in sales, although the same wasn't true for DJs. Many DJs suffered from back problems after years of lugging heavy record boxes, I adored CDs due to the format's novelty and lighter weight.
In 2000, the Numark CD-1 was introduced, and I immediately adapted to the groundbreaking innovation of MP3. Numark was the first DJ player to support MP3 CDs, which meant I could access up to ten times more songs on each CD due to the smaller file size.
Around 2010, I transitioned to Pioneer, who had launched the first USB-Stick DJ player a couple of years earlier. This model revolutionized the way DJs accessed and managed their music libraries, keeping pace with modern advancements. The latest CDJ-3000 is an excellent tool for professional DJs, but many DJs today tend to overlook one fundamental truth: it's not the technology that makes a great DJ; it's the music selection.
In recent years, vinyl has made a resurgence in popularity. Having honed my technique over the years, I’ve mastered this format. I pride myself on being a genuine DJ—eschewing sync beat software and cue buttons for a pure analog experience. It’s incredibly gratifying to play that old-school format again!

I’ve performed in over 500 different venues, with more than 4,000 gigs under my belt, ranging from small clubs to large arenas hosting tens of thousands of people. In the last decade, I’ve significantly reduced my number of performances, but I'm gearing up for a final US tour as soon as my new album is completed

I love Vinyl Records. I'm specialied in 80s disco, boogie & funk. I also play Garage, House and commercial Vinyls from early 90s. - Please get in touch for hiring me to your event!
